Season 2 Disappoints, The Assist
Well done Anurag and Vikram — love your work always! The series is an excellent introduction to the cultural translations of Netflix's original content in India. Right from the first scene itself, it is not any other Indian series. Nawazuddin and Saif are amazing in their parts but somehow Radhika's character seems half-baked. Mumbai in particular is a character that the show portrays beautifully, thanks to its stunning wide shots and cinematography. The countdown of 25 days and the identity of Gaitonde is a thrilling turn. The first season is amazing I was so excited for season 2 only to be vastly disappointed.
